How to get rid of Ignoring start upadware?

Each time I boot up my pc, the agnoring adware saying " your privacy is in danger.download privacy protection software now. When I start IE, it always goes to this website : http://ucleaner.com/main.php?wmid=6010&m... a pop up of wndow security alert saying to download spyware remover. Any fix ? Please advise.
