Whats the best way to remove adware?

I have an adware remover and it says it deletes them but within 24 hours or so the stupid pop ups come right back. Whats the best way to get rid of it for good?

ok incase of regenerating adware or dialers or irus or whatever then u must have a Trojan these programs aren't antitrojans so i really reommend that u download "Ewido" (look it up at www.download.com) it will end ur problem just delete the adwarw/virus and then run a full system scan in ewido it will delete the files that are responsible for regenerating.
