what are some free anti virus and anti pop ups downloads? AVG doesn't work, you need to pay for it, so i would highly appreciate your help, thanks in advance!

p.s.- i was currently using Norton Internet Security Software- doesn't work, i still get pop ups and my computer is still slow.
