When people try to view my webcam, it comes up with an error, you do not have permission to view thi

I have disabled my XP firewall and antivirus protection, tried messenger 7.5 and 8.0, same problem. I've added myself to my friends list and given myself permission to view webcam but that also comes up with the same error. Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks!

sth the webcam starts with one identity , but people want to see you with an other profile
