Disable McAfee Security Center?

I installed McAfee without the Antivirus, but it keeps showing me a balloon about my computer not being protected. It is protected, I installed another antivirus that is way better than McAfee's. I just want it to stop showing the balloon, it gets annoying and can get in the way.

I'm sure many people have found that McAfee's antivirus isn't very good, esspecially its timing. It takes over 80 minutes just to scan a operating system with nothing else installed.

How do I stop the McAfee Security Center Warning bubble?

uninstall all mcafee products one at a time and then uninstall the securty center. its a magor pain, worse than a virus, I seem to remember a clean up tool you have to download from mcafee. DO NOT try to unistall all at once, you will lock up
