the etrust antivirus keep sending me messages saying infection alert and i press cure and scan it in safe mode but no matter what i do it will still pop up the message with the same infection. and when i scan the computer there was in virus or infection still the message keeps on showing up help?

or Casper anti virus . u have 2 reinstall ur anti virus and install it again|||It can sound strange, but I think your antivirus files have been infected. Maybe your antivirus is a fake one and it installed itself with adware. It makes you think you have a virus.

Or the antivirus identifies the malware but it can't get rid of it and it gives errors.

Whats the virus name that it is warning you about? Google the virus name, it should direct you to many sites that offer step by step instructions on how to remove it.
