How can I permenantly delete some of these infections please?

Hello, first of all I really need your help and I appreciate anything you can tell me to help me.

Yesterday I was on a website when suddenly my computer acted violently... all sorts of pop up messages etc.

I closed internet, and many critical errors were occuring "please tell microsoft about this problem" also many webpages were opening up

I unplugged my internet connection right away (this is another computer) but it kept bringing a message that "web site unavailable offline"

Well, what I need help with is... I ran several antispyware programs/antivirus... hundreds of objects turned up, I applied the recommended actions, but every time I scan again they just appear there again... it's like im going in circles. How can I get this stuff off my computer forever please! The main file that keeps popping up is called downloader.small.dxm yet there are many others also.

WHAT REALLY GETS TO ME is that they wont go away! every time i scan the exact same infections pop up!
