avg anti spyware

superantispyware

i did a complete scan with all of them.

how do i restore my speed. is there a way to restore it. my pc started toget slow yesterday evening after i browsed (used the internet alot) and made 1 download...

Running out of capacity.. Too many programes running at once Delete all the stuff and programmes you dont use regularly. Not to do with bugs and viruses.. You are trying to do too much at once. Either that or get a bigger and better PC Also all the security programmes can slow you down ...do you need so many?

maybe your computer can't resist the memory and it became slow or maybe you downloaded something that uses a lot of memory. Or i suggest you restart your computer if it didn't work reformat your computer...|||There Might Be Lots Of Unwanted Programs Running On Startup Depends What Youve Been Doing Or Downloading
