Problem,Infected by two different Virus's Help?

Within the last 24 hours i got two virus infections my daughter picked up the first one downloading music last evening.

AVG alearted us that we had stumbeled onto the "Dropper Virus" it's realy a Trojan but i was able to contain it in AVG's Vault.

The second Virus i picked up durring a google search was called JS/PYME and was allso aleated by AVG but i could'nt heal it or contain it. After doing some research i was able to download a program called ATF Cleaner http://www.snapfiles.com/get/atfcleaner....

I saved the program to my desktop then rebooted my pc and used the F8 key to bring me up in the safe mode. Now i opened the ATF exc and done a clean up,i allso ran AVG while i was still in the safe mode.

Both infections are now in AVG's Vault so i rebooted and ran anouther Scan with AVG,it tells me no infections found but i allso notice AVG is unable to do the boot scan "it just shows error for the boot part of the scan.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to why i am getting this Error? Is it possible i still have an underlying infection.

I know i cant unistall AVG and install a different antivirus program because the now contained virus's would be on the loose again.

Should i be concerened about the error on the boot scan part of AVG's scanning?
