Absolutely nothing is openeing on my computer...plz help?

nothing is openeing..no program...xcept my computers etc

n i downloaded norton antivirus yesterday

and i hav thi s problem since...

i tried to unistall it but the add/remove software does not open...plz help...

nothin opens in safe mode either

p.s. i hav a windows xp profesional

Norton takes a lot of space.....and slows the works down. If you downloaded it for the first time, you should have an option to cancel it.

After you've restored your system to a previous date, as advised, then take a look at this site......it's the best.
