Att norton antispyware and antivirus not working?

i downloaded the newer version of these things and now they dont even scan

i was wondering if anyone could help me

by either telling me how to fix this

or telling me if i can downgrade to the previous link

if you could send the link, that would be awesome

Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 keeps your PC free from malicious code, adware, spyware, hacker attacks, spam and network fraud.

Try using your desktop icon (the shield), but 1st right click the icon in your system tray & click exit (the shield by your clock). See if that refreshes the system tray icon & let's you scan. Otherwise open Norton & scan from there.

Get AVG free from this site http://free.grisoft.com/ and then do a search for Spybot Search & Destroy. Both are free.|||those are gay i had to uninstall them yesterday becasue i had THE SAME problem you have now I recommend downloading

AVG antivirus from Cnet download.com and also download a spyware program

the antivirus is free and works great ! and there are many free spyware programs that you can download as well
