Pick and choose, 2 anti-spywares from the list below and alternate scanning with them on a regular basis. New spywares are created literally hourly, so no single anti-spyware can really detect all malware. Have at least 2 on hand and alternate scanning with each every few days or so. All are free. Great luck!|||would have write AVG as well byt that is suggested before my answer , yes go for NOD32,i'm sure u must have listened it b4,go 4 it,it is very light soit don't use much RAM of system,thus doesnot affect system speed and u can update it regularly later so keep away virus from ur system|||AVG 7.5 is best
