Why does this "Win AntiVirus Pro 2007" thing come on my computer EVERY time I turn it on?

That and this "Critical Spam" thingie and then this message about trying to switch your default away from Google. It's VERY irritating and it takes me five minutes to use my computer to get all that crap off! Is there anyone else experiencing this? Anyone know how to get this off permenantly other than signing up for it? Oh, I have Dell and I don't know if that has something to do with it.

Also install Spyware like counter spy or alike.

Make sure your trouble is solved and put on your system restore.
