I have a virus< please help!?

I HAVE TRIED ALMOST EVERYTHING I CAN THINK OF. I HAVE TRIED VUNDOFIX AND IT DID TAKE A COUPLE OF VIRUSES THAT WERE ON MY COMPUTER.

I AM NOW ON FORUMS SO HOPEFULLY SOMEONE GETS BACK TO ME SOON.

THE VIRUS IS A SYSTEM32.DLLS VIRUS, WHICH SUCKS.

I DO HAVE A VIRUS PROTECTION PROGRAM, IT JUST GOT BY SOMEHOW.

PLEASE HELP ME!

I WORK FROM HOME AND THIS IS TAKING UP SO MUCH TIME! THANK GOD MY WORK IS DUE TOMORROW MORNING INSTEAD OF TONIGHT LIKE USUAL.
