Help with download speed!!!!!!!!?

The DSL test reports are showing me the download speed of about 88kb/s. But my download speed is 18kb/s.

I think somethink is restricting it. I heard that there was a patch of windows Xp SP2 tp fix this..

Where could i find this patch?

SP2 can be downloaded from above.

Remember, download speed also depends on who you are downloading from, what server and what connection. Just because a high speed server told you that your MBit download is 88kb/sec doesn't mean you didn't try to download from a slow server with low bandwidth at 18kb/sec.

DSL Reports may be right, you just downloaded from a bad server.

SP2 will enhance security, not download speed.
