Firefox has a add on utility called 鈥淔lashGot鈥? (you can find it on https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/220/, Install it to firefox which would be help to download as per your needs.

You may also download Site "Grabber" tools like web zip which will allow you to download full sites or only links from current pages.

I would suggest you to download an earlier version like 3.0 which has a more clean look and feel.
