I accidentally downloaded something from the internet and tells me to download their Anti-Spy progra

HOW will i remove it? it always pop out from my taskbar (lower right) and even has its own icon... and when it pops out, it tells me, SECURITY ALERT! we detected sevral spyware on ur computer...blah blah blah, and this might affect ur PC...then it tells me to download their up-to-date spyware program...they offer DR ANTISPY, VIRUS HEAL, SPYLOCKED...which are all malicious programs... what will i do?
