I am downloading files from my email to my desktop, how can I change to download into my documents ?

When ever I want to read an email that has an attach, I download the attachment and then after appears another small window that says open/remove , in this same window the bottom said that this files are sent to the desktop ( I want to change this to my documents) where and how can I do it?

Sounds like you're using Firefox?

Tools >> Options >> Main

you'll see a section under that tab for downloads with an option that says "Save downloaded files to:" and then has a button to browse for the directory you want. Just hit Browse, select your My Documents folder, then hit ok.

You might have to re-open Firefox for the changes to go into effect.
