I am unable to download iTunes on my work computer can I import my iPod to media player?

Due to not having administrative rights at work I cannot download anything on my computer, thus I am unable to download iTunes but I still want to play my iPod music on my computer. Is there anyway I can do this withouth downloading iTunes?

Sorry. The programs I know of that work with an ipod is musicmatch and itunes. Do a quick search in google though, you might find something else.
