Limit of Download?

I'm downloading some audio file, and the download always stop in 2,8 MB.

No matter how big is the file, when it reaches 2,8 MB it's automatically stop. How to handle this problem?

Most of the file are above 3,5 MB. Help me please...

That depends on the program you're using to perform the download, and the website you are downloading from. Are you really talking about downloads? Or email? Some email servers restrict the size of each email to a certain limit.
