AOL spyware found Matcash F on PC pls read on?

Have run, Mcaffee, AVG, AD Watch SE pro, Spybot none found it but Yahoo antispy did but won't let me delete it. I see part of the registrty key it's in but won't show it all and can't find it via Ctrl F in regedit. It's driving me mad! Please help, it's there but un-findable!! HELP!

Download Norton, AVG , Avast which are free antivirus software. They do protect your computer and you can keep updating them once in three days or so. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at http://fixit.in/antivirus.html and http://fixit.in/spywareremover.html|||Switch off system restore and run your antisspyware in safe mode, I suggest you run Ewido (now called AVG anti spyware).

This might be a false alarm, if nothing else finds it I wouldn't worry too much.

Go to Start - programs - accessories - system tools - system restore.

Run your anti virus and anti spyware in Safe Mode. To get into Safe Mode repeatedly press the F8 key after the bios screen loads but before Windows loads. You'll know if you made it because the screen will be at 800 x 600 and your pc will be slow.
