Good Registry Cleaner/Fixer?

Is there anyone that can tell me where I can purchase a really good,safe and reliable registry cleaner for windows XP? I've been searching all day and according to McAffee Site Advisor, most of them were bogus or either reviews on most of them were bad or not worth the money. I am looking in the range from $30.00 - $70.00. If anyone can help me I sure would appreciate it. Thanks so much!!
