How can I get rid of a bropia worm?

My computer is infected with a bropia worm. I have used aol spyware and adware, plus mcaffee virus scan, but neither of them have picked it up. I then used Solo Anti Virus, which is definitely picking it up, as every time it searches the file that I presume this worm is located:

C:\DocumentsandSettings/Louise/LocalSe... hotmail address***

the Solo Anti Virus program shuts down...

***My hotmail address*** is actually a file, with the title of my email address.

Does anyone know what I can do (please!!!)

OK - the reason you see your hotmail address all over everything is that this is spread via MSN messanger. You need to update messanger and run windows update to make sure this doesn't happen again. Or even better, stop using MSN messanger. Download and install trillian from Download.com and log into MSN from there. It's more secure.

Of course, that doesn't really solve your problem - only prevents the next time.
