I got a spyware?

my freakin MCaffee didnt even detect it!!!...well right now im running this program called spybot - search & destroy. oh yeh i just found out that i got a spyware, but i knew already taht something was going on, on my my computer...well i went to amazon.com and bought a game and used my mom's credit...well do you think the spyware cound get my mom's credit card and stuff? please give me a suggestion on waht to do! i dont want my mom's credit card info to get stolen, we're just poor. please answer my question if you even know waht youre saying

go here, they give you a trial for two weeks and it works. i used it cuz mcafee did the same thing to me. aight? download it, use it for two weeks, if you love it, buy it, if not delete it and it'll already have gotten rid of that damn spyware.
