I have a Trojan on my computer that cant delete, Clean, or quarantine, What do i do?

I am using McAffee Security Center on my computer and it just alerted me that a Trojan was found, however i cant delete it, clean it, or put it in quarantine. What will it do and What can i do?

You can try a online scanner.

Antivirus: BitDefender Online scanner - will scan and remove threats.

i had the same problem, i eventually tried some anti spyware programs and they removed it.

The free ones do well, try "spybot" and "rogue remover", they helped me.
