I have a new laptop and everytime I run adware/spyware I get the same items.?

The program is on the c drive c:\users\connie\appdata\

roaming\microsoft. There is always something following it, ie 2o7, and Adware as well as McAffee find them and delete them. Should I have this program or is it one to just draw the crap in on my computer?
