I have error 8003 in itunes and when i resume it says error again, then it automaticlly checks for p

when it checks for purchases it says that some items in my que need itunes 7.6. a simple tv show? so right now im downloading itunes 7.6 to see if that works. does anybody have any ways to fix error 8003. i already tried adding apple.com to my trusted sites. i would really like to download my gossip girl episode :) oh and i dont have mcaffee so dont tell me to change my privacy settings. i have norton. i have juno dial up, which sucks, but its really slow, so it took me 6 hours to get 20% done with the download, so i would really like to finish this up. oh and dont give me some bullshit answer saying get dsl or something. im 13 i dont really have a say in what my parents have. hah well thanks for any of your help :D
