McAfee gone crazy on one profile?

I share a laptop with other family members and one of our profiles cannot be surfed with because McAffee blocks everything. I can't seem to find out why from the security center. Do you have a place I can start with?

Easier to just create a new user profile and copy all the files across, finding this one is going to be tricky.
