Have run Mcaffee and Norton and find nothing. Have run Spysweeper, Spyware Striker, and Windows Live OneCare. Nothing found and no fixes for this problem. Two different computers have same problem.

Run AD Aware and SPybot. I bet you have some spyware. The programs that you have are crap

How much RAM and free disk space do you have on these PCs? Not enough of either can be a problem.|||too many files in your folders?|||Sometimes its "extra" processes on your computer being ran. What you do when this happens is:
1. hit CTL ALT DELTE
2. When the little window says what do you want to do, go to TASK MANAGER.
3. When your task manager pops up, click the PROCESSES tab.
4. Finally, find out which ones you dont want running.
( lets say you have internet explorer ( iexp ..... something like that ) and you dont NEED it running, click it, and hit END PROCESS ) when it asks if you are sure you want to end process, click OK or YES|||After you run AdAware & Spybot you might consider increasing your RAM. I went to a full gig & it made a big difference.|||Since I'm assuming you ran all those scan correctly, I would say the problem is having too much crap on your computer; or rather, that your computer is having to search different parts of the hard drive for a single program. So run system cleanup and disk defragmenter.
