What should do with my computer ?

My computer is infested with a dozen malware. They all came in without my approval and pop up their ad every couple of minutes. Some of them are, Ultimate defender, safewebnavigate, yourprivacyguard, pcsecure system, etc. They all came during the last 2 weeks. I do have several security software already installed, like norton, McAffee, adware doctor and spyware killer.

Now my computer is almost non usable. What should I do, besides going to a repair shop ? Thanks
