When i have installed Rollercoaster Tycoon 3. It wont let me play on it. It says Error; Runtime C++

It says something like that anyway with the words abnoroal also and it also shows the File name of where the game is. . My computer is a brand new computer. I wud really appreciate some help on this and im sure there is something simple that needs to be done. Its also a brand new game and installed fine. but it wont let me play as it keeps saying this error. i have tried uninstalling it. and installing it again. restarting computer. turning off virus proctection (Mcaffee). Please can some1 help. if some1 can help me and it works fine i mayb even send them a cheque through the post for there torubles. Please give details of what i need to do for it to run properly with no error as im sure somethings stopping it and email me if you need more details. Thanks
